Team/Tumbling Class Waiver & Registration Form

This form must be completed by all students prior attending a class. This form is for Allstar teams, pee wee classes and tumbling classes. Please complete both pages.

Payment Form (Required by all students)

Every child enrolled in a class or on a team at Texas AllStar Cheer must have a payment form on file. This does not mean you can not pay cash or by check each month, but a form must be on file in the off chance you forget to turn in your monthly payment into the office on time. All payments are due by the 5th of each month.

Allstar Skill requirements

This form will provide tumbling, stunt, and jump skill requirements for levels 1-5.

Referral Program

Referral program for new students. Maximum of 3 referrals maybe applied to the current tuition. For further questions please email the office.

2017-2018 Tryout Packet

2017 Tryout packet for Allstar and Prep teams. Tryouts are Saturday April 29th. Level 1 and 2 goes from 10:00am - 12:00 noon. Level 3,4 & 5 1:00pm - 4:00pm. All ages welcome! If you are interested in different levels, we will have open clinics(all athletes must have waiver filled out)

Sponsor Letter

Here is the Texas AllStar Cheer Sponsor Letter. Please take the time to look over the letter and pass it out to local businesses and friends. Any sponsorship money will go directly to the child for whom it was donated. You may use this money for tuition, uniform, etc. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Coach Marc.

Warm Up Order Form

Order form to purchase the wam-ups, orders are due by October 30th for Christmas Delivery, sizing can be done in the office or you may base your childs measurements off the chart listed  on the website, or may stop by the office for fitting.

Summer Camp Packet 2017

2017 Summer Camp Packet is here! Are you ready for summer?? Spaces are limited. Form includes session dates. All summer camp participants must fill out the 2017 Summer Camp Packet. Skills camps run every other week starting June 5th. Details are listed in the packet. If you have any questions about summer camp please email the office! Please note TAC is not a daycare facility and is not licensed by the State of Texas.

After School Training Program Packet 2017

This is the the 2017-2018 registration/information packet for our Allstar After-School Training Program. We offer  4 and 5 day/week options and have a ton of fun and exciting activities planned in addition to our cheerleading/gymnastics training everyday. To register, all pages need to be completed and turned in with school and day options clearly selected. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Please note the After school training Program is not a daycare facility and is not licensed by the state of Texas.
